Your New Role
As a Maintenance/Custodian Warehouse Associate, you’ll be the backbone of daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly inside and outside the facility in La Crosse, WI. Your key responsibilities include:
- Making and accepting deliveries
- Operating a forklift and handling warehouse logistics
- Performing grounds maintenance and basic repairs
- Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the building, including the basement
- Multitasking to handle daily demands effectively

Job requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (custodian, maintenance, warehouse, or logistics)
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Comfort with forklift operation and general warehouse duties
- Ability to bend, lift, and operate company vehicles as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
