Your New Role

• Operate a Case 4-stick backhoe safely and efficiently

• Operate mini excavators, bobcats, and related excavation equipment

• Perform excavation work throughout Philadelphia, PA, and surrounding service areas

• Dig safely in tight, high-density urban environments with active gas, electrical, water, and sewer lines

• Support underground plumbing, sewer repair, drain, and excavation projects

• Assist with trenching, backfilling, grading, and job site preparation

• Work closely with plumbing and sewer crews to keep projects moving efficiently

• Complete equipment inspections and maintain equipment cleanliness

• Follow excavation safety procedures and company best practices

• Support crew coordination and communicate effectively with field leadership

• Experience operating a 4-stick backhoe, preferably Case equipment

• Experience operating mini excavators, bobcats, or similar compact excavation equipment

• Familiarity working in Philadelphia or similar dense urban environments

• Strong awareness of underground utilities, including gas, electrical, water, and sewer lines

• Underground plumbing, sewer repair, drain, or excavation experience preferred

• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to work independently and safely in residential and light commercial environments

• Ability to lift equipment and work outdoors year-round

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Leadership potential and interest in career growth preferred
