Manage lighting service operations and oversee daily workflows in Denver, CO
Build and maintain strong client relationships while expanding the customer base
Develop strategies to drive business growth and increase service opportunities
Schedule service calls and coordinate with customers, technicians, and vendors
Prepare and present estimates for lighting maintenance and installation projects
Troubleshoot and diagnose commercial and industrial lighting systems
Lead, mentor, and direct field technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery
Maintain clear communication across teams to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction

4 to 6 years of experience in lighting maintenance, electrical services, or related field
Strong knowledge of lighting systems, LED technology, and evolving industry trends
Experience with equipment such as boom trucks and scissor lifts
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to troubleshoot, estimate, and manage lighting projects independently
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Must be based in or willing to work in the Denver metro area
