Your New Role

  • Manage lighting service operations and oversee daily workflows in Denver, CO

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while expanding the customer base

  • Develop strategies to drive business growth and increase service opportunities

  • Schedule service calls and coordinate with customers, technicians, and vendors

  • Prepare and present estimates for lighting maintenance and installation projects

  • Troubleshoot and diagnose commercial and industrial lighting systems

  • Lead, mentor, and direct field technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery

  • Maintain clear communication across teams to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction

Job requirements

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in lighting maintenance, electrical services, or related field

  • Strong knowledge of lighting systems, LED technology, and evolving industry trends

  • Experience with equipment such as boom trucks and scissor lifts

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to troubleshoot, estimate, and manage lighting projects independently

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

  • Must be based in or willing to work in the Denver metro area
