Your New Role

You’ll be the lead technician serving residential and light commercial HVAC systems throughout the DFW Metroplex, including Haltom City, Fort Worth, Arlington, Dallas, Irving, Plano, and surrounding areas. That means showing up ready to diagnose, fix, and deliver excellent service—every single time.

• Service and repair HVAC systems for residential and light commercial clients

• Diagnose issues using advanced tools and techniques

• Perform regular maintenance and system inspections

• Educate customers on repair options and system upgrades

• Maintain detailed records of services and materials used

• Lead by example and support junior techs in the field

• Licensing: TDLR HVAC Technician License

• Certifications: EPA Certified

• Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years in HVAC service

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent

• Skills:

  • Solid understanding of residential/light commercial HVAC systems

  • Comfortable working independently in field settings

  • Clear communicator with strong problem-solving ability

  • Must be reliable and customer-service oriented
