Your New Role
As the Project Manager at Insulation Commandos of Omaha, you will:
- Lead the Team: Supervise insulation laborers, assign tasks, and maintain project efficiency.
- Hands-On Expertise: Perform and oversee insulation installation, removal, radiant barrier installation, air sealing, and other related tasks.
- Train and Support: Guide team members in quality workmanship, safety protocols, and industry standards.
- Project Coordination: Organize schedules, manage material deliveries, and ensure projects are completed on time.
- Quality Control: Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and proper installation techniques.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve challenges effectively during project execution.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of project progress, materials, and team performance.

Job requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in insulation or a related field.
- Must pass a background check and DMV check.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on safety and quality.
