Your New Role
Perform residential HVAC installations in Houston, TX and surrounding areas
Install equipment including condensers, air handlers, furnaces, and duct systems
Lead jobs from start to completion, ensuring work meets code and manufacturer standards
Maintain organized and safe job sites
Communicate clearly with team members and customers
Complete installs on time while maintaining high quality standards

Job requirements
3 to 5 years of HVAC installation experience
Experience completing full system installs
Familiarity with residential systems and light commercial work is preferred
Ability to follow installation guidelines and safety procedures
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
High school diploma or equivalent
