Your New Role

• Install residential HVAC systems including split systems, condensers, air handlers, and ductwork in Haltom City, TX and throughout a 50 mile service area

• Lead installation projects from start to finish, ensuring code compliance and system performance

• Work on light commercial HVAC installs when needed

• Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, and job site organization

• Communicate with team members and customers to ensure expectations are met

• Complete jobs on schedule while maintaining top quality workmanship

• 3 to 5 years of HVAC installation experience

• Experience leading or assisting in full system installs

• Familiarity with residential HVAC systems and light commercial work

• Ability to read and interpret installation manuals and job specifications

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• High school diploma or equivalent
