Your New Role

• Lead field operations serving the Greater Nashville area, with a primary focus on Williamson, Rutherford, and Maury counties.

• Responsible for the successful delivery and performance of HVAC service, installation, and maintenance operations

• Perform HVAC service calls and maintenance visits

• Lead by example in the field, following and reinforcing company standards for HVAC service, installation, repair, and maintenance.

• Ensure HVAC repairs and installations meet company quality standards, applicable codes, and permitting requirements

• Work alongside teammates to tackle complex diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairs, installations, and other technical challenges.

• Resolve customer concerns and deliver a consistently professional customer experience

• Present HVAC membership plans to customers and support the team in growing and retaining membership clients

• Support achievement operational performance goals

• Maximize qualified lead opportunities and support profitable, sustainable growth

• Ensure field operations comply with applicable local, state, federal, OSHA, and company requirements

• Provide ownership with insights on customer feedback, market trends, revenue opportunities, and field performance.

• Perform additional job-related responsibilities assigned by company leadership

• 5+ years of HVAC Service Technician experience

• Valid driver’s license

• Strong hands-on knowledge of residential HVAC service, repair, maintenance, diagnostics, and installation

• Knowledge of current HVAC codes and applicable field requirements

• Proven experience building, leading, and developing a high-performing HVAC team.

• Ability to maintain and enforce high standards for workmanship, safety, professionalism, and customer service

• Strong interpersonal communication & customer engagement skills

• Experience with Housecall pro or similar service based software

• Ability to understand and manage operational KPIs

• Ability to professionally resolve customer and field issues

• Ability to climb stairs as required in the course of work

• Ability to lift approximately 40 pounds as required

• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation

• Ability to work more than 40 hours per week and weekends based on operational needs.
