Your New Role

As the Lead HVAC Service Technician, you’ll be the go-to authority on all things HVAC for DMC Service. You’ll be responsible for:

• Masterfully diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial and industrial HVAC systems
• Leading a team on service jobs, setting a standard for quality and efficiency
• Handling job site management, ensuring cleanliness and safety
• Completing paperwork accurately and efficiently
• Mentoring junior technicians, leading by example to elevate team performance

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC technology, equipment, and systems
• Ability to interpret equipment manuals and work orders
• Physical capacity to lift up to 50 lbs and work in diverse environments (heights, crawl spaces, etc.)
• Willingness to complete a background check and drug screening
• Valid Kansas or Missouri driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
