Annual pay range of $70,000–$110,000 based on experience and performance
Weekly pay, issued every Friday
Consistent, year-round residential HVAC installation work
Overtime opportunities, including extended days up to 12 hours when needed
Weekend work may be required during busy seasons
Local service area within 25 miles of Oklahoma City

Install residential HVAC replacement systems in Oklahoma City, OK and surrounding areas
Lead full system change-outs from start to finish
Complete most installations within a single workday
Protect customer homes using floor savers, drop cloths, and clean work practices
Inspect and verify all aspects of each installation before job completion
Explain system operation to homeowners and ensure satisfaction before leaving
Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle
Train and support installation assistants to improve efficiency and job quality
Follow all safety procedures on job sites and while driving
Complete installation paperwork accurately and on time
Meet production and quality expectations set by management
Adhere to company policies, Code of Ethics, and team guidelines

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
3+ years of hands-on residential HVAC installation experience preferred
Proven experience completing residential HVAC system replacements and full system change-outs
Ability to independently lead installations from start to finish
Prior experience training or mentoring installation assistants is a plus
Ability to lift 50 to 75 pounds and work on ladders, roofs, and in confined spaces
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in hot and cold weather conditions
Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and HVAC installation equipment
Willingness to work extended hours when needed, up to 12 hours per day
Availability to work weekends during peak seasons when required
Strong focus on safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction
