As a Lead HVAC Installer based in Manhattan and the NYC boroughs, your responsibilities will include:
Installing and troubleshooting HVAC systems including ductless mini splits, VRF systems, central air, and heating systems
Ensuring all installations meet safety standards and local code requirements
Communicating clearly and professionally with clients
Overseeing job sites and mentoring junior team members
Maintaining accurate records using ServiceTitan or similar software
Participating in the on-call rotation for emergency service coverage

Minimum of 5 years’ experience with HVAC system installation and diagnostics
Proficiency in troubleshooting multiple system types (VRF, split, central, etc.)
Valid Universal EPA Certification
OSHA 30 and SST Card (or willingness to obtain)
F60/G60 Fire Guard certification (or ability to acquire)
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver's license
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
