Your New Role

Based in Greenwood, SC, you’ll:

• Supervise and coordinate installations for residential and commercial HVAC systems

• Lead system replacements and new installations from start to finish

• Interpret blueprints and technical diagrams with precision

• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently

• Ensure all installs meet Home Comfort’s high-quality standards

• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment

• Experience: 3–5 years in HVAC installation (residential and/or commercial)

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent

• Driver’s License: Valid with a clean driving record

• Must pass a drug test and background check

• Must be comfortable working in construction environments

• Strong leadership and people management skills
