Your New Role

As the Lead Dispatcher at Silver Spur in Haltom City, TX, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our operations smooth, efficient, and on schedule. You’ll be in constant communication with techs, customers, and the leadership team to ensure the right jobs go to the right people at the right time. If you’re organized, assertive, and thrive in a fast-moving environment, this is your seat.

• Dispatch service technicians strategically to maximize efficiency

• Monitor job progress and update schedules in real-time

• Manage all inbound and outbound customer communication with professionalism

• Operate ServiceTitan software daily for scheduling, job tracking, and coordination

• Lead dispatch operations with a sense of urgency and accountability

• Serve as the central communication point between the office and field teams

• 3-5 years of experience in a dispatch, coordinator, or operations role within the trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)

• Strong phone communication and multitasking skills

• Detail-oriented and calm under pressure

• High school education or equivalent

• Weekend availability as needed

• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus
