Lead the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial electrical systems
Supervise, mentor, and train a team of electricians and electrical technicians
Manage daily job site operations while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety standards
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings
Install, troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade commercial electrical systems, wiring, lighting, panels, and circuit breakers
Diagnose electrical issues and perform testing to ensure safe and reliable system operation
Ensure all work complies with National Electrical Code (NEC), local electrical codes, and company safety standards
Collaborate with project managers, contractors, engineers, and other trades to keep projects on schedule
Complete accurate installation reports, project documentation, and timecards
Travel throughout Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana to support commercial projects
This position is based in Kentucky with regular travel throughout Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana

Minimum 4 years of commercial electrical experience in a supervisory or leadership role
Valid Kentucky Journeyman Electrician License
Willingness and ability to travel frequently throughout Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana
Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems, electrical installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, repairs, and safety procedures
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
Experience leading crews, managing projects, and maintaining quality workmanship
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Commitment to following all applicable safety regulations and electrical codes
