Your New Role

• Perform general labor duties on utility construction sites in Ennis, TX and surrounding areas

• Assist with excavation, trenching, pipe installation, and site preparation

• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site

• Support operators and crew members with daily tasks

• Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures

• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Must be at least 21 years old

• No experience required, entry-level candidates encouraged to apply

• Ability to perform physical labor including lifting 50+ pounds

• Must pass MVR, background check, and DOT drug screening

• Ability to obtain a DOT medical card

• Willingness to work outdoors and learn on the job

• Reliable transportation to job sites

• Must complete required pre-employment DOT acknowledgment form

• Strong work ethic and ability to follow directions

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
