Can’t find a job position you’re looking for?
We’re always looking for people with unique skills. Send us your email and we’ll get in touch when we have an opening that matches your expectations.

You're already one of the best plumbers in town. The shop you work for is the problem.
You're the plumber who shows up early and stays clean. Who reads the code, not just the YouTube videos. Who can rough in a custom build one day and chase a callback nobody else can find the next. You take pride in tight joints, clean lines, and customers who ask for you by name.
And you're frustrated.
Not because you can't do the work. You can. You're frustrated because:
You're stuck on an hourly cap while your tickets are doing the work of three guys on the board.
Your shop pays the slow guy the same as you. Showing up doesn't equal performing, but the paycheck pretends it does.
The dispatch is a mess. Half your week is driving back for a part the office should've ordered, or eating a callback that never should've happened.
The trucks around you do sloppy work, and then you eat the warranty calls on jobs that weren't yours.
You know how to present options and sell the right repair. Nobody around you does. Tickets that should be $4K close at $800, and the shop calls that "competitive pricing."
And the path to license? Murky. You've got the hours, the skill, the bench is right there.. and your shop has no plan for you to step up.
You don't want it easy. You want the drag lifted so you can finally find out what you actually close at when the company behind you stops getting in the way.
That's the seat we built.
This seat is for plumbers who want to do great work and get paid for it.. nothing in between.
Most shops put their best techs on a flat hourly wage and use the margin to subsidize the techs who can't perform. We don't run it that way. You eat what you kill. Top techs in this seat clear $45+ an hour because they earn it, ticket by ticket, day after day.
You'll get steady, year-round volume.. real work, not slow-season filler. Dispatch that respects your time. Trucks stocked the way they should be stocked. Office staff who back you up instead of cleaning up after the cheap call across town.
And you'll work side by side with techs who give a damn. No coasters. No "good enough." If you've been carrying the room for three years, that ends here.
The bar: $45+/hr in commission, sustained.
That's what a top performer looks like in this seat. If that number leans you in, keep reading. If it makes you nervous, this isn't the right seat.
We run plumbing for residential and commercial customers throughout the Tyler area. Family-owned. No PE money. No outside agendas. The people running it work the trucks and answer the phone. Decisions get made by people who know what plumbing is, not consultants.
We keep the work steady. We honor what our techs sell. We hold the line on quality because callbacks are our problem, not the customer's. And we pay the people who perform.
Obsession with the craft. You take pride in clean rough-ins, square fittings, and code-tight work that doesn't need a callback. You sharpen on your own time. You've got opinions about brands, tools, and methods, and you can defend them.
Real range. Residential and commercial. Service and repipes. Water heaters, drain lines, gas, slab leaks, the messy stuff. You don't avoid the calls other techs can't run.
A license in hand or close to it. Texas Tradesman, Journeyman, or an Apprentice closing in on the 4,000 hours and ready to test. We'll back the path. We just need somebody who's ready.
The ability to sell plumbing the right way. Not pressure tactics. Diagnostic. You walk the customer through what's actually going on, give them real options, and close the right repair. Most plumbers can't do this. The ones who can run circles around the board.
Work ethic to match the ambition. Full days, full weeks. You don't disappear at 2 PM because you hit your number. You stay sharp on the truck because the next call is somebody's emergency.
Low ego, high ownership. When a job goes sideways, you own it. You don't blame the customer, the part, the apprentice, or the weather. You fix it and you learn from it.

A real license path. If you're near your hours, we'll back you to the test. If you're already licensed, we'll back you into a lead seat as you earn it.
Owners who work the trucks. Decisions get made by people who know the trade. No PE games. No comp plan flips. The shop runs the way it should.
You're one of the best plumbers in your zip code and you're tired of being paid like the average ones. You can run residential and commercial. You can sell the right repair without strong-arming the customer. You've got the hours behind you and a license either in hand or close. You'd rather earn $45+/hr on commission than sit at a flat hourly cap. You take pride in clean work.
You need a guaranteed hourly check no matter what your tickets look like. You hate presenting options. You cut corners when nobody's watching. You job-hop every twelve months. Commercial work intimidates you, or you've only ever run residential service. Commission scares you.

Apply, complete a short screening, then meet with the team. Part of the process includes a hands-on technical review and a short ride-along.. not a gotcha, just the fastest way for both sides to know if this is a fit.
We move fast when it's a fit.
