Your New Role: Journeyman Electrician
As a Journeyman Electrician at Silver Electric and Solar, you’ll tackle residential and commercial projects with a focus on quality, efficiency, and sustainability. From wiring new constructions to troubleshooting repairs, you’ll bring high standards and innovation to each job.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete all projects efficiently and on schedule, adhering to quality and safety standards.
- Communicate clearly with team members, clients, and supervisors to ensure seamless project flow.
- Utilize technology for documentation, communication, and scheduling tasks.
- Demonstrate accountability, ownership, and a positive attitude to support our team’s goal-focused culture.

Job requirements
- Valid Texas Journeyman Electrician License (required)
- NABCEP Certification or solar installation experience (preferred)
- 1-2 years of experience in electrical work
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with technology for documentation, scheduling, and communication tasks
