Your New Role

• Perform commercial electrical installations and service work throughout Houston, Texas

• Bend conduit, pull wire, install fixtures, terminate panels, and support commercial electrical systems

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings

• Troubleshoot electrical systems and support safe, code-compliant installations

• Maintain organized, safe, and productive jobsites

• Collaborate with crews to keep projects on schedule and maintain quality standards

• Follow NEC guidelines, jobsite safety protocols, and company procedures

• Work on active ground-up commercial construction projects

• Perform work at heights and on lifts when required

• Demonstrate reliability, productivity, leadership potential, and the ability to work independently when needed

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 5+ years of commercial electrical experience preferred

• Ground-up commercial construction experience required

• Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems and NEC standards

• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics

• Reliable transportation required

• Ability to work overtime as needed

• Comfortable working on active commercial construction jobsites

• Comfortable working at heights and operating on lifts when required

• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical job duties

• Experience using electrical hand tools and equipment

• Strong work ethic with a self-motivated, team-first mentality

• Leadership potential and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
