Your New Role

• Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in residential and light commercial environments

• Run service calls, troubleshoot issues, and communicate clearly with customers

• Ensure work meets or exceeds NEC, WAC, and local code requirements

• Use ServiceTitan (CRM software) to manage jobs, materials, and documentation

• Work cross-functionally with HVAC and plumbing teams for whole-system solutions

• Keep your company vehicle and tools organized, clean, and safe

• Represent the Allred brand with professionalism, craftsmanship, and pride

• Washington State 01 or 02 Journeyman Electrician License (required)

• At least 3 years of electrical experience in residential or light commercial environments

• Strong knowledge of NEC, WAC codes, and electrical safety standards

• Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Positive, can-do attitude with a strong team mindset

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently
