Based in Phoenix, AZ, you’ll:
Oversee industrial electrical projects ranging from 5,000 to 8,000 man-hours per month in the Metro Phoenix area
Partner closely with the Project Manager throughout all phases of the project
Review and implement contract documents, project strategies, schedules, and estimates
Direct daily jobsite operations, including safety protocols, material handling, tool management, and quality control
Conduct job hazard analyses, safety meetings, inspections, and ensure compliance with MSDS and hazard communication standards
Coordinate with clients and other trades for proper layout, installation, and phasing
Maintain accurate field reports, quantity tracking, labor activity monitoring, and as-built documentation
Drive project completion: manage punch lists, client training, turnover documentation, and project close-out
Ensure optimal site organization, material storage, and efficient resource management

8-10 years of hands-on experience in electrical, industrial, or commercial construction
Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience, including at least one year as a Supervisor III
Completion of multiple full-cycle projects from start-up to close-out as a Foreman or higher
Demonstrated leadership, technical, and coordination skills managing crews and supervisors
Proven quality electrical installation and mechanical abilities
Comprehensive knowledge of NEC (National Electrical Code) and specialized systems
Completion of the Ludvik Leader courses or equivalent supervisory training
Ability to manage projects to planned productivity budgets with high-quality standards
