Your New Role

As an HVAC Technician in Akron, OH, you’ll be on the front lines of delivering comfort and trust to our customers. Your day-to-day:

• Perform preventative maintenance on residential HVAC systems

• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant issues

• Conduct safety inspections and comply with all regulations

• Communicate clearly with customers about services and estimates

• Maintain accurate service records and documentation

• Stay current with HVAC technology and best practices

• Handle emergency repairs with professionalism and urgency

• Offer only needed services with honesty and integrity

• 5+ years of hands-on HVAC Technician experience

• Valid driver's license with a clean record
