Your New Role: HVAC Technician

As a commission-driven HVAC Technician, you’ll handle both residential and commercial HVAC systems, from repairs to full installations. This isn’t just technical work; it’s also a customer-focused, sales-driven role where you educate clients and recommend solutions. Every visit is an opportunity to earn more, build trust, and establish lasting customer relationships.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Service, repair, and install HVAC systems for residential and commercial clients
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems and advise on upgrades
• Leverage your sales skills to promote system improvements and new installations
• Provide excellent customer service, building trust with each client interaction

• 3-5 years of HVAC experience
• EPA Certification
• Valid Arizona driver’s license
• Ability to work with residential and commercial HVAC systems
• Strong customer service and sales orientation
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
