Your New Role

• Work as an HVAC Technician throughout the North Austin Metro area and the I 35 corridor in Texas, serving Bell, Williamson, Travis, and McLennan counties.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems.

• Service heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment.

• Inspect HVAC equipment and identify mechanical and electrical issues.

• Determine appropriate repair needs and explain recommendations clearly and professionally to homeowners and customers.

• Provide dependable customer service while maintaining a clean and professional appearance.

• Complete service documentation accurately using company software and mobile technology.

• Keep your company vehicle, HVAC tools, and service equipment properly maintained.

• Occasionally assist with HVAC equipment installations.

• Follow established safety procedures and HVAC industry best practices.

• Manage service calls independently while maintaining clear communication with the owner and team.

• Represent Irish Air with integrity, professionalism, and reliability.

• 3 to 5 years of residential and/or light commercial HVAC service experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• EPA Universal Certification required.

• Strong knowledge of HVAC diagnostics, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair.

• Experience servicing residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems.

• Ability to identify mechanical and electrical HVAC issues.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Professional attitude and strong work ethic.

• Coachable approach with a willingness to learn and follow company processes.

• Ability to work independently and manage daily HVAC service calls.

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

• Ability to safely lift equipment and perform work in indoor and outdoor environments.

• Proficiency with mobile technology for service documentation.
