Work in the Bryan/College Station, TX area.
Diagnose HVAC, air conditioning, refrigeration, plumbing, and electrical system performance through observation, testing, and equipment setup.
Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install commercial and/or residential HVAC systems and equipment.
Disassemble and reassemble equipment as necessary for troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
Use gauges, meters, measuring instruments, hand tools, and power tools to diagnose and service HVAC and mechanical equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematic drawings, and specifications.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate service solutions while working independently in the field.
Clearly explain completed work and applicable service charges to customers.
Complete work orders, task lists, and supporting service documentation.
Coordinate material needs through the appropriate purchasing process.
Safely operate commercial vehicles and trailers when required by the position.
Maintain accurate work-related documentation, including applicable packing slips and timesheets.

Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC service experience preferred.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
EPA Certification preferred.
Experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and maintaining HVAC equipment.
Working knowledge of commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical systems and equipment.
Ability to competently use HVAC gauges, meters, measuring instruments, hand tools, power tools, and related service equipment.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
Ability to safely operate a commercial motor vehicle when required and comply with applicable company safety requirements.
Ability to maintain required continuing education, professional licenses, and certifications applicable to the position.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, and coworkers.
Ability to perform the physical functions associated with HVAC service work, including lifting and carrying objects weighing approximately 20 to 80 pounds, climbing ladders, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
Ability to work in jobsite conditions that may include heat, cold, noise, vibration, fumes, dust, poor ventilation, gases, oils, wet or slippery surfaces, chemicals, and sharp objects while using appropriate personal protective equipment.
Ability to perform skilled work using both hands and maintain concentration while completing physically demanding tasks.
Ability to work on common jobsite surfaces including dirt, concrete, wood, carpet, tile, and vinyl.
