Your New Role

• Perform HVAC service, repair, and installation in St. Charles, MO and surrounding areas

• Work on central air systems, heating units, and ductless systems

• Diagnose issues accurately and complete repairs in a timely manner

• Communicate clearly with customers and represent the company professionally

• Follow safety guidelines and local codes on every job

• Document completed work using company tools and systems

• At least 2 years of HVAC experience in service, installation, or repair

• EPA certification preferred or willingness to obtain

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities

• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to work independently and contribute to a team

• Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and industry best practices
