We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Commercial & Residential HVAC Technician who can confidently handle a wide variety of service calls—everything from preventative maintenance to troubleshooting, repairs, and component replacements. You’ll work on all types of HVAC equipment, including packaged rooftop units, split systems, furnaces, heat pumps, and ductless mini-splits.

You’ll join as a Commercial & Residential HVAC Technician based in Dallas, TX, serving a mix of residential and commercial clients. This is a hands-on role where you’ll handle service, repairs, maintenance, and component replacements while delivering top-tier customer service.
What You’ll Do:
Perform diagnostics, repairs, and replacements for HVAC systems in both commercial and residential settings
Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to keep systems running efficiently
Troubleshoot complex issues and recommend the best solutions to customers
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, office staff, and other team members
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including company vehicle and tools
Adhere to safety standards and company policies at all times

3+ years in the HVAC industry (commercial and residential preferred)
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
EPA certification (Type II or Universal required)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Willingness to work occasional overtime or emergency calls
