You’ll work as a Commercial & Residential HVAC Technician based in Dallas, TX, handling a wide variety of service calls for both residential homes and commercial properties. Your role will focus on maintenance, repair, system diagnostics, and replacements.
Your day-to-day will include:
Performing diagnostics and repairs on HVAC systems
Handling routine maintenance and safety checks
Troubleshooting equipment and advising clients on recommended solutions
Replacing parts and components as needed
Maintaining a clean, safe work area and vehicle
Following safety protocols and company procedures
Providing professional communication and customer service

3+ years of HVAC experience in residential and commercial service
Strong skills in diagnostics and system troubleshooting
EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to work both independently and within a team
Professional communication skills and customer service mindset
Willingness to be available for occasional overtime or emergency calls
