Your New Role

You’ll join as a Commercial HVAC Technician based in Dallas, TX, serving both residential and commercial clients with a focus on service and repair work. This role combines hands-on troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and installation—including critical install components traditionally split into other roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, maintain, and replace HVAC system components for both residential and commercial systems

• Perform system startups, commissioning, and safety/performance testing

• Handle all aspects of installation when needed, including sheet metal ductwork, refrigerant piping, condensate lines, and controls wiring

• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation

• Collaborate with team members and mentor apprentices to uphold job quality and efficiency

• Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety standards, and customer expectations

• High school diploma or equivalent (required); HVAC certification or technical degree (preferred)

• 10+ years of HVAC experience, with a strong background in both residential and commercial service

• Experience with system diagnostics, component replacement, startups, and commissioning

• Skilled in installation-related tasks: ductwork, refrigerant piping, condensate lines, and controls wiring

• Valid EPA certification for refrigerants

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Ability to read blueprints, interpret technical specs, and follow safety regulations
