Your New Role

As an HVAC Technician in Waco, Texas

, your role at McNamara Custom Services, Inc. will include:

• Responding to scheduled service calls with professionalism and attention to detail

• Installing and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems

• Troubleshooting and repairing equipment with speed and accuracy

• Conducting system performance checks to ensure peak functionality

• Managing tools, parts, and materials needed for each job

• Keeping thorough records of time, materials, and service details

• Being available for occasional emergency service during nights or weekends

• Current driver’s license

• Safe, clean driving record

• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screening

• Active TDLR license

• EPA Universal Certification

• At least 1–2 years of experience working in commercial HVAC/R
