Perform residential HVAC service, repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting in Crestwood, KY, and surrounding service areas
Diagnose heating and cooling system issues accurately and efficiently
Install, maintain, modify, and repair HVAC systems and components
Conduct inspections and testing to ensure systems are safe and fully operational
Perform preventative maintenance and identify opportunities to prevent future breakdowns
Explain services, repairs, and recommendations clearly to homeowners
Build strong customer relationships through professionalism and communication
Re-check completed repairs and installations to ensure proper operation before leaving the job site
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Properly use company pricing tools and explain available service memberships
Maintain company vehicle cleanliness and organization
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and company events
Follow all company safety standards, team rules, and code of ethics

Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC service experience
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for heating and cooling systems
Knowledge of HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair procedures
High school diploma or GED required
Associate degree preferred but not required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
Understanding of current HVAC codes, regulations, and safety standards
Ability to safely operate power tools and HVAC equipment
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to lift 50-75 pounds and work in physically demanding environments
Comfortable working indoors, outdoors, in crawl spaces, on ladders, and in varying weather conditions
Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development
Must be dependable, organized, and safety-focused
Ability to work overtime as needed
Must be able to pass random drug testing
