Your New Role

  • Perform residential HVAC service, repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting in Crestwood, KY, and surrounding service areas

  • Diagnose heating and cooling system issues accurately and efficiently

  • Install, maintain, modify, and repair HVAC systems and components

  • Conduct inspections and testing to ensure systems are safe and fully operational

  • Perform preventative maintenance and identify opportunities to prevent future breakdowns

  • Explain services, repairs, and recommendations clearly to homeowners

  • Build strong customer relationships through professionalism and communication

  • Re-check completed repairs and installations to ensure proper operation before leaving the job site

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

  • Properly use company pricing tools and explain available service memberships

  • Maintain company vehicle cleanliness and organization

  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and company events

  • Follow all company safety standards, team rules, and code of ethics

Job requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC service experience

  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for heating and cooling systems

  • Knowledge of HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair procedures

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Associate degree preferred but not required

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team

  • Understanding of current HVAC codes, regulations, and safety standards

  • Ability to safely operate power tools and HVAC equipment

  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

  • Ability to lift 50-75 pounds and work in physically demanding environments

  • Comfortable working indoors, outdoors, in crawl spaces, on ladders, and in varying weather conditions

  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development

  • Must be dependable, organized, and safety-focused

  • Ability to work overtime as needed

  • Must be able to pass random drug testing
