Your New Role

As an HVAC Service Technician, you’ll be the go-to expert for residential HVAC systems throughout Houston and surrounding areas like The Woodlands, League City, and Spring. You’ll:

• Install, maintain, and repair residential heating and air systems

• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC issues using meters and advanced diagnostic tools

• Perform preventative maintenance and system checks

• Replace and repair critical components like compressors, motors, fans, and more

• Weld and fabricate as needed for customized solutions

• Communicate clearly with homeowners about service needs and options

• Keep accurate records of materials and services performed

Location: Houston, TX (servicing Sugar Land, Katy, Webster, Humble, Cypress, League City, Friendswood, Richmond, Stafford, Texas City, La Porte, Conroe, Jersey Village)

• Minimum 4+ years of HVAC installation and repair experience

• TDLR Technician License is required

• EPA Certification is required

• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and diagnostics

• Valid driver’s license and ability to safely operate a service van

• Familiarity with tools like ohmmeters and welding equipment

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable working independently and in all environments

• ServiceTitan experience is a big plus
