Your New Role

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems in New Orleans, Louisiana and surrounding Northshore areas

• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections to ensure peak performance

• Educate homeowners on system conditions, repair options, and recommendations

• Complete all work in accordance with safety standards, manufacturer specifications, and local codes

• Maintain an organized service vehicle and professional job site

• Represent the company with professionalism and strong customer service

• Participate in a rotating on-call and weekend schedule as needed

• 3 to 5 years of residential HVAC service experience

• EPA Universal Certification preferred

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across HVAC systems

• Solid communication and customer service abilities

• Availability for rotating on-call and weekend work

• Valid driver’s license

• High school diploma or GED
