Your New Role

• Troubleshoot and repair residential HVAC systems in New Orleans, the Northshore, and nearby areas

• Clearly explain system issues and present options to homeowners

• Perform routine safety and performance checks to meet local codes and guidelines

• Keep your tools, vehicle, and work area clean and organized

• Be a professional representative of One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning

• Take part in a rotating on-call and weekend schedule as needed

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC service

• Universal EPA Certification is preferred

• Strong problem-solving and customer communication skills

• Willingness to work a rotating on-call and weekend schedule

• Valid driver’s license

• High school diploma or GED
