Your New Role

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems in New Orleans, the Northshore, and nearby areas

• Identify system issues and recommend repair solutions to customers

• Complete safety checks and ensure all work meets code requirements

• Order and manage necessary parts and equipment

• Keep job sites clean and maintain a professional appearance

• Represent the One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating brand with professionalism and great customer service

• Take care of your assigned company vehicle and equipment

• Be available for rotating on-call and weekend shifts

• 3 - 5 years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience

• Universal EPA Certification preferred

• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

• Willingness to work a rotating on-call/weekend schedule

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• High school diploma or GED

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
