Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and air conditioning systems
Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and system testing
Communicate clearly with homeowners about system concerns and repair recommendations
Complete HVAC service work in compliance with safety standards, manufacturer guidelines, and local codes
Maintain accurate service records and job documentation
Keep company vehicle, tools, and work areas organized and professional
Participate in an on-call rotation and occasional weekend service schedule
Position based in New Orleans, Louisiana and surrounding Northshore service areas

3 to 5 years of residential HVAC service experience
EPA Universal Certification preferred
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic experience with residential HVAC systems
Ability to communicate professionally with customers and team members
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Availability for rotating on-call and weekend assignments
High school diploma or GED
Ability to lift equipment and work in residential service environments as needed
