Your New Role

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and air conditioning systems

• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and system testing

• Communicate clearly with homeowners about system concerns and repair recommendations

• Complete HVAC service work in compliance with safety standards, manufacturer guidelines, and local codes

• Maintain accurate service records and job documentation

• Keep company vehicle, tools, and work areas organized and professional

• Participate in an on-call rotation and occasional weekend service schedule

• Position based in New Orleans, Louisiana and surrounding Northshore service areas

• 3 to 5 years of residential HVAC service experience

• EPA Universal Certification preferred

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic experience with residential HVAC systems

• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and team members

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

• Availability for rotating on-call and weekend assignments

• High school diploma or GED

• Ability to lift equipment and work in residential service environments as needed
