Your New Role

• Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems in New Orleans, the Northshore, and surrounding areas

• Communicate clearly with homeowners about issues and recommend solutions

• Perform safety checks and make sure all work meets local codes and standards

• Keep your vehicle, tools, and workspace clean and organized

• Represent the One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning brand with professionalism and a positive attitude

• Be available for a rotating schedule that includes occasional on-call and weekend shifts

• 3 to 5 years of residential HVAC service experience

• Universal EPA Certification preferred

• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

• Comfortable with a rotating on-call/weekend schedule

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• High school diploma or GED

• Must pass a background check and drug screening
