3 to 5 years of residential HVAC service experience
EPA Universal Certification preferred
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across HVAC systems
Solid communication and customer service abilities
Availability for rotating on-call and weekend work
Valid driver’s license
High school diploma or GED
