Independently manage residential HVAC service calls from dispatch through completion, taking ownership of your schedule and daily assignments.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential heating and air conditioning systems, including furnaces, gas boilers, heat pumps, and central air conditioning units.
Perform HVAC diagnostics to identify equipment failures, heating issues, cooling problems, and system performance concerns.
Troubleshoot and repair residential gas heating systems, with an emphasis on accurate diagnosis and dependable solutions.
Complete preventive maintenance, seasonal HVAC tune-ups, equipment inspections, and system performance evaluations.
Identify necessary HVAC repairs and clearly explain service recommendations and available options to homeowners.
Deliver professional customer service while building trust and maintaining Elm Air Conditioning, LLC's reputation for quality.
Document service calls, diagnostic findings, repairs, and maintenance activities accurately using ServiceTitan or similar field service software.
Maintain company-provided service vehicles, HVAC tools, equipment, and truck inventory.
Follow established HVAC safety procedures, industry standards, and company service protocols.
Work independently while maintaining communication with dispatch and the service team to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Minimum 5 years of hands-on residential HVAC field service experience required.
Proven ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems without direct supervision.
Heating Systems Expertise: Strong experience servicing and repairing residential heating equipment required, with gas boiler experience strongly preferred.
Proficiency working with furnaces, heat pumps, central air conditioning systems, and residential heating and cooling equipment.
Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying root causes and completing reliable repairs.
EPA Section 608 certification required.
NATE certification is a plus.
Ability to explain technical HVAC issues, repair recommendations, and service options clearly and professionally to homeowners.
Ability to maintain accurate service records using ServiceTitan or comparable HVAC field service management software.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds, access attics, basements, and crawl spaces, and perform HVAC service work outdoors in varying weather conditions, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Dependable, organized, safety-conscious, and committed to delivering high-quality residential HVAC service.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
