If you can troubleshoot HVAC problems without needing someone to hold your hand through every service call, Gillette Air Conditioning wants to put that experience to work.
Pay range of $25 to $50 per hour, based on experience and technical capability
Experienced technicians with advanced commercial HVAC or chiller expertise may qualify toward the top of the range
Opportunity for at least 40 hours of work per week
Generally Monday through Friday, approximately 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with scheduling flexibility based on service demand
On-call rotation approximately once every four to six weeks for one week
On-call means being available to respond when needed, not putting your entire life on hold
Steady year-round work with a company that does not rely on a seasonal hire-and-cut staffing model
Opportunity to join a service department the company plans to significantly grow
Potential opportunities to assist with installation work when needed to help maintain productive weekly hours
Medical, dental, and vision insurance options, plus HSA and life insurance benefits for eligible employees
Gillette Air Conditioning is actively expanding its service footprint and needs technicians who already know how to troubleshoot HVAC systems in the field.
The company currently has an established service team and is preparing for significant additional growth.
Experienced technicians are the priority. If you can handle residential HVAC, light commercial HVAC, advanced commercial equipment, or chillers, there is room for your skill set here.
You will not be expected to already know every company software platform. The team selects systems that can be taught and provides training on its processes.
The company is focused on keeping strong technicians working throughout the year and creating enough field capacity to serve more customers without sacrificing responsiveness.
