Schedule: Full-time, approximately 40 to 45 hours per week

Work as a residential HVAC Service Technician in Cartersville, GA.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems.
Use HVAC diagnostic tools and testing equipment to verify system performance and identify the source of problems.
Follow established diagnostic and service procedures instead of relying on assumptions.
Complete HVAC repairs with a focus on accuracy, workmanship, and long-term system performance.
Document service findings and completed work accurately.
Explain HVAC system conditions, repair options, and installation options clearly to homeowners.
Provide recommendations based on verified system conditions and customer needs.
Use service software, technology, and diagnostic information as part of your daily work.
Maintain clear communication with customers, coworkers, and company leadership.
Take ownership of assigned service calls from diagnosis through completion.
Continue developing your HVAC knowledge through training, coaching, and manufacturer-supported education.
Represent Haynes Heating & Air with professionalism, integrity, and respect in customers' homes.

2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
Working knowledge of residential heating and air conditioning systems
Experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing HVAC equipment
Ability to properly use common HVAC diagnostic tools and testing equipment
Ability to follow established diagnostic and service procedures consistently
Comfortable using service software, mobile technology, and diagnostic information
Ability to clearly explain technical findings and service options to homeowners
Strong troubleshooting, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently while staying aligned with company service standards
Willingness to learn new technology, processes, and HVAC best practices
Commitment to accurate diagnostics, quality workmanship, customer trust, and professional service
Valid driver’s license
