Your New Role

• Work as a residential HVAC Service Technician in Cartersville, GA.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems.

• Use HVAC diagnostic tools and testing equipment to verify system performance and identify the source of problems.

• Follow established diagnostic and service procedures instead of relying on assumptions.

• Complete HVAC repairs with a focus on accuracy, workmanship, and long-term system performance.

• Document service findings and completed work accurately.

• Explain HVAC system conditions, repair options, and installation options clearly to homeowners.

• Provide recommendations based on verified system conditions and customer needs.

• Use service software, technology, and diagnostic information as part of your daily work.

• Maintain clear communication with customers, coworkers, and company leadership.

• Take ownership of assigned service calls from diagnosis through completion.

• Continue developing your HVAC knowledge through training, coaching, and manufacturer-supported education.

• Represent Haynes Heating & Air with professionalism, integrity, and respect in customers' homes.

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience

• Working knowledge of residential heating and air conditioning systems

• Experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing HVAC equipment

• Ability to properly use common HVAC diagnostic tools and testing equipment

• Ability to follow established diagnostic and service procedures consistently

• Comfortable using service software, mobile technology, and diagnostic information

• Ability to clearly explain technical findings and service options to homeowners

• Strong troubleshooting, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently while staying aligned with company service standards

• Willingness to learn new technology, processes, and HVAC best practices

• Commitment to accurate diagnostics, quality workmanship, customer trust, and professional service

• Valid driver’s license
