Competitive hourly pay: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour, based on experience
Full-time, year-round employment
Typical schedule between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM
Expected 40 to 50 hours per week
Paid port-to-port with a take-home company vehicle

Perform residential and light commercial HVAC diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair throughout the I-35 corridor, covering Bell, Williamson, Travis, and McLennan counties
Diagnose and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment
Inspect HVAC systems to identify mechanical and electrical issues
Explain repair recommendations clearly and professionally to homeowners and customers
Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining a clean, professional appearance
Complete service documentation accurately using company software and mobile technology
Maintain your company vehicle, tools, and equipment
Occasionally assist with HVAC equipment installations
Follow all safety procedures and industry best practices
Work independently while communicating effectively with the owner and team
Represent Irish Air with integrity, professionalism, and reliability

3 to 5 years of residential and/or light commercial HVAC service experience
High school diploma or equivalent
EPA Universal Certification required
Strong knowledge of HVAC diagnostics, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
Experience servicing residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems
Strong customer service and communication skills
Professional attitude with a strong work ethic
Coachable mindset with a willingness to learn and follow company processes
Ability to work independently and manage daily service calls
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to safely lift equipment and work in indoor and outdoor environments
Proficiency using mobile technology for service documentation
