Your New Role

• Perform residential HVAC maintenance, diagnostics, service, and repairs throughout Carrollton, TX, and surrounding communities

• Complete approximately 4 to 5 service calls each day

• Diagnose and repair air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, thermostats, and related HVAC equipment

• Identify system issues accurately and recommend appropriate solutions

• Explain repair options and system performance clearly to homeowners

• Deliver professional, dependable customer service during every appointment

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked service vehicle

• Follow safety standards and company procedures while delivering high-quality workmanship

• EPA Refrigerant Certification required

• At least 2 years of residential HVAC service experience

• Strong HVAC troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Experience servicing air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and related residential HVAC systems

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Ability to travel throughout the Carrollton, TX service area

• Ability to lift and carry 25 to 50 pounds regularly

• Ability to complete pre-employment screenings, as permitted by applicable law

• Authorized to work in the United States
