Your New Role

• Provide professional HVAC service, diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs for residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems

• Deliver efficient, effective solutions while providing exceptional customer service

• Represent PGA, Inc. professionally during every customer interaction

• Communicate with dispatch, management, parts, and installation teams throughout the workday

• Use a company-provided iPad to create estimates, navigate job sites, process invoices, and collect payments

• Maintain a clean, organized company truck with accurate inventory

• Complete service documentation accurately and promptly

• Participate in the on-call rotation

• Attend ongoing training and professional development opportunities

• Perform all work in Schofield, Wisconsin

• Minimum of 3 years of HVAC service experience

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for heating and cooling equipment

• Ability to operate HVAC gauges, testing devices, and diagnostic equipment

• Personal hand tools required to perform HVAC service work proficiently

• Willingness to obtain required certifications with company assistance

• Professional communication and customer service skills

• Ability to maintain accurate service records and documentation

• Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets company requirements

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with team members

• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
