Provide professional HVAC service, diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs for residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems
Deliver efficient, effective solutions while providing exceptional customer service
Represent PGA, Inc. professionally during every customer interaction
Communicate with dispatch, management, parts, and installation teams throughout the workday
Use a company-provided iPad to create estimates, navigate job sites, process invoices, and collect payments
Maintain a clean, organized company truck with accurate inventory
Complete service documentation accurately and promptly
Participate in the on-call rotation
Attend ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Perform all work in Schofield, Wisconsin

Minimum of 3 years of HVAC service experience
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for heating and cooling equipment
Ability to operate HVAC gauges, testing devices, and diagnostic equipment
Personal hand tools required to perform HVAC service work proficiently
Willingness to obtain required certifications with company assistance
Professional communication and customer service skills
Ability to maintain accurate service records and documentation
Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets company requirements
Ability to work independently while collaborating with team members
Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
