Full-time, on-site position
Local service work throughout Southwest Colorado, Southeast Utah, and the Navajo Nation within the assigned service territory

Build your skills through a variety of service, repair, maintenance, and diagnostic work
Receive support from experienced dispatch and office staff to help keep your day organized and productive
Make a real difference by helping customers maintain reliable heating, cooling, and indoor comfort
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
Perform preventive maintenance, system tune-ups, and equipment inspections
Complete HVAC system start-ups and shut-downs
Identify mechanical and electrical issues using industry-standard diagnostic procedures
Explain repair recommendations and service findings clearly to customers
Accurately document completed work, parts used, and time spent on each service call
Follow all company safety procedures and EPA refrigerant handling regulations
Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and work area
Work closely with dispatch and office staff to complete scheduled service calls efficiently
Travel to customer locations throughout the assigned service area

Minimum of 2 years of hands-on HVAC service experience diagnosing and repairing residential and/or light commercial HVAC systems
EPA Certification is required
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Experience performing preventive maintenance, equipment tune-ups, and component replacement
Knowledge of HVAC electrical and mechanical systems
Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and equipment specifications
Strong customer service and communication skills
Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets the company's insurance requirements.
High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of an HVAC technical program or apprenticeship preferred
Ability to lift and carry equipment, work in varying weather conditions, and safely operate hand and power tools
Ability to travel locally throughout the assigned service area
