Perform commercial HVAC troubleshooting, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs in Auburn, ME, and surrounding service areas
Service heating, air conditioning, refrigeration systems, chillers, boilers, heat pumps, package units, and automated control systems
Complete preventive maintenance inspections, adjustments, cleaning, and calibrations
Respond to emergency service calls as needed
Complete service tickets, maintenance documentation, and required paperwork accurately onsite
Communicate job progress, issues, and parts needs with the Service Manager or Project Manager
Assist with HVAC system modifications and repair recommendations
Maintain professional relationships with customers, vendors, and team members
Follow company safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines
Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and work environment

EPA Certification required
Minimum of 5 years of commercial HVAC service experience and refrigeration systems
State of Maine Oil/Gas License required
Valid State of Maine Class C driver’s license
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Knowledge of chillers, boilers, package units, VAV systems, and automated control systems
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, safety procedures, and operating instructions
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical job duties, including climbing ladders, bending, twisting, and working in varying temperatures
