Schedule: Flexible with a typical 7 to 8 AM start, workday ending after jobs are completed based on workload, with a rotating weekend and on call requirement

Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems in Queen Creek, Arizona and throughout the East Valley
Handle service calls including troubleshooting air conditioning systems and performing routine maintenance
Work independently to identify issues and deliver effective solutions
Communicate clearly with customers and provide honest, consultative recommendations
Work in attic spaces and outdoor conditions common in Phoenix-area heat
Complete all work to company standards and safety guidelines
Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Participate in a rotating weekend on-call schedule

3 to 5 years of experience in residential HVAC service
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently
Ability to run a service truck and handle calls with minimal supervision
Experience with residential HVAC systems is preferred
Valid driver’s license
NATE certification is preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work in high-heat environments including attics in Phoenix-area conditions
Customer-focused mindset with a consultative and ethical approach to recommending services
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
Strong communication skills with customers and team members
Ability to work scheduled hours and participate in a weekend on-call rotation
