Your New Role

• Perform service, diagnostics, and repairs on residential and light commercial HVAC systems in Mahopac, New York

• Work on central air systems, heat pumps, ductless mini splits, PTAC units, and gas, propane, and electric heating systems

• Service hydronic and geothermal systems

• Complete routine maintenance, inspections, and seasonal tune ups

• Identify system issues and present repair or replacement solutions to customers

• Test electrical components, airflow, refrigerant levels, and system performance

• Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and local codes

• Document service calls and job details using ServiceTitan or similar software

• Maintain an organized service vehicle and professional job site

• Deliver clear communication and high quality customer service

• Travel throughout Westchester, Putnam, and Dutchess counties

• At least 2 years of HVAC service and troubleshooting experience

• EPA Certification required, Universal preferred

• Strong ability to diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant system issues

• Experience with air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, and ductless systems

• Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals

• OSHA 30 and SST certifications preferred or willingness to obtain

• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds

• Authorized to work in the United States
