Perform service, diagnostics, and repairs on residential and light commercial HVAC systems in Mahopac, New York
Work on central air systems, heat pumps, ductless mini splits, PTAC units, and gas, propane, and electric heating systems
Service hydronic and geothermal systems
Complete routine maintenance, inspections, and seasonal tune ups
Identify system issues and present repair or replacement solutions to customers
Test electrical components, airflow, refrigerant levels, and system performance
Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and local codes
Document service calls and job details using ServiceTitan or similar software
Maintain an organized service vehicle and professional job site
Deliver clear communication and high quality customer service
Travel throughout Westchester, Putnam, and Dutchess counties

At least 2 years of HVAC service and troubleshooting experience
EPA Certification required, Universal preferred
Strong ability to diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant system issues
Experience with air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, and ductless systems
Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals
OSHA 30 and SST certifications preferred or willingness to obtain
Valid driver’s license
Ability to lift up to 80 pounds
Authorized to work in the United States
