Your New Role

• Location: Baltimore, MD

• Diagnose and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems including air conditioning, heating, and ventilation equipment

• Perform preventative maintenance, system inspections, and HVAC tune-ups

• Troubleshoot system issues using strong diagnostic skills

• Communicate findings and repair recommendations clearly with customers and internal team

• Ensure all work meets HVAC safety standards and quality expectations

• Document service calls, repairs, and maintenance accurately

• Manage your schedule and workload efficiently while working independently

• 3+ years of HVAC service technician experience

• Strong troubleshooting and HVAC diagnostic skills

• EPA certification preferred

• Valid driver’s license
