Location: Owings Mills, Maryland
Travel to commercial customer sites throughout the service area
Diagnose, service, and repair commercial HVAC systems
Inspect and troubleshoot rooftop units, split systems, boilers, chillers, controls, DOAS, VAV boxes, and VRV systems
Perform preventative maintenance to improve efficiency and reduce downtime
Communicate clearly with customers and internal team members regarding findings and recommendations
Maintain accurate service documentation
Keep your company vehicle organized and stocked
Participate in ongoing training to stay current with HVAC technology and best practices

Minimum of 5 years of commercial HVAC service experience
Maryland HVAC Journeyman or Master License
EPA Section 608 Certification
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to supply personal HVAC hand tools
Experience working with RTUs, DOAS, VAV systems, VRV systems, boilers, and chillers
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work in mechanical rooms and on rooftops
Professional communication skills and commitment to safety practices
Authorized to work in the United States
