Location: NYC Tri-State Area
Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, including central air conditioning, ductless mini-splits, heat pumps, boilers, and gas, oil, and electric heating systems
Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and seasonal HVAC tune-ups
Troubleshoot system performance issues and recommend effective solutions
Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners throughout service appointments
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, manufacturer specifications, and company quality standards
Accurately document service activities, repairs, and recommendations using ServiceTitan
Participate in on-call rotation during peak service seasons
Maintain company equipment, vehicle inventory, and service tools
Deliver high-quality residential HVAC service that supports customer satisfaction and retention

Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC service experience
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills on gas, oil, electric, and heat pump systems
EPA Universal Certification required
OSHA 10 certification required
OSHA 30 and NYC SST certifications preferred, or a willingness to obtain
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 80 pounds
Ability to work in confined spaces and varying field conditions
Experience with HVAC maintenance, repair, diagnostics, and customer service
Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar field service software preferred
Authorization to work in the United States
