Your New Role

As the HVAC Service Manager at AirCo, you will:

• Oversee payroll and batching processes to maintain operational efficiency.

• Provide hands-on training and mentorship to technicians both in the field and the office.

• Lead impactful team meetings to align and inspire your crew.

• Deliver exceptional customer service that reinforces AirCo’s stellar reputation.

• Experience: 6-10 years of residential HVAC experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.

• Licenses/Certifications: EPA certification, and Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Skills: Leadership and team development, Payroll and operational management, and Exceptional customer service

• Availability: 41-50 hours per week, including some weekends and on-call responsibilities.

• Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
